Akkas Uddin, a well-known and well-known restaurant businessman from Dhaka and Chittagong, said that our Chittagong is the host of tradition. Akkas Uddin made the remarks while addressing a special guest at the reception of Master Chef Australia’s second runners-up Kishore Chowdhury organized by Chefs Federation of Bangladesh at the ball room of Six Seasons Hotel in Dhaka on Tuesday (March 22).

Also present on the occasion were Shakhawat Hossain, General Manager, Westin Dhaka, Kazi Moazzem Hossain, F&B Director, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel and Zaheer Khan, Secretary, Bangladesh Chef Federation. Besides, chefs and culinary artists from all over Dhaka and Chittagong took part in the reception.

Responding to the reception, Master Chef Kishore Chowdhury, the second runner-up of Australia, said, “I have achieved this recognition by highlighting the traditional food of Bangladesh. That is why I want to highlight the traditional culture of Bangladesh through food.

Akkas Uddin handed over the crest and honor to Kishore Chowdhury on the occasion. Later gala dinners and cultural programs were held. At the reception of Master Chef Kishore Chowdhury, Akkas Uddin said that the traditional food of Chittagong should be highlighted in the world.
